A: No. KN Shopping follows a strict no-return policy for change of mind. Returns are only allowed for damaged, defective, or wrong items.

  2. Provide continuous unboxing video + clear images of product and packaging.
  3. KN Shopping will verify the claim and process replacement or refund.

Q10: How long will it take to receive a refund? 
A: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after claim approval.

Q11: Are shipping charges refundable? 
A: No, shipping charges are non-refundable.
